Delete it yourself

Go to Settings → Delete organization, type your organization's name and confirm. This can't be undone.

Lapse removes its access to your Meta account, cancels your subscription, and deletes your licenses, ad accounts, saved Meta access, ad snapshots, findings, alert history, and member logins that don't belong to another organization.

Email support from your account email with the subject Data deletion request. We delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email.

What we keep while you're a customer

Ad snapshots are kept for 90 days and findings for 2 years, then deleted on their own. Removing Lapse in Facebook (Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations) stops our access right away but doesn't delete stored data.
