Data deletion

You can delete all of your organization's data from Lapse at any time.

Delete it yourself (immediate)

1. Sign in to Lapse.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Delete organization, type your organization's name and click Delete everything.

This immediately revokes Lapse's access to your Meta account, cancels your subscription, and permanently deletes your licenses, connected ad accounts, stored Meta tokens, ad snapshots, findings, alert history and member accounts that don't belong to another organization.

Ask us to delete it

Email support@trylapse.io from your account email with the subject "Data deletion request". We'll delete everything within 30 days and confirm by email.

Removing Lapse from Facebook

You can also remove Lapse in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove Lapse. That stops our access right away; to delete the data we hold, use one of the options above.
