Pricing questions
What counts as an ad account?
A Meta ad account Lapse monitors. Starter includes 2, Agency 10 and Scale 30. Each extra ad account is $19/month.
How often does Lapse check my ads?
Every 6 hours on Starter, every hour on Agency and every hour on Scale. The free Creator plan tracks licenses but doesn't check live ads.
What is the founding price lock?
Founding customers keep today's price for life. Prices go up after our first 25 customers.
Is the audit really free?
Yes. We check one ad account against your rights sheet and send you the report within 48 hours. No card needed.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in Lapse under Billing → Manage billing. Plans renew monthly, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
